The hotel had friendly staff and incredibly spacious rooms. Our room featured an exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent view. - the location was close to good restaurants, shared areas, Moselle river, and vineyards. - the food was delicious, and the location was marvelous. - We had a great stay that met our requirements; we would have extended the stay.

It was a pleasant time staying at this fabulous hotel. The room we where given a free upgrade to was a nice size and excellent and included central heating, television, and a sitting area...

the place is absolutely fabulous and has convenient location to the vineyards. the rooms are a nice size and outstanding with good bed, the bathroom and the staff are affable. the accommodation is in the heart of the town. and it's nestled in a lovely building very close to public areas or shared areas, the promenade and restaurant.

I really liked the spacious twin room with an excellent balcony, and the location near the promenade was fantastic.

The seating area was indeed relaxing, but I couldn't see anything from the ground floor. The breakfast was excellent, but not gluten-free as promised. Free parking was great, but the TV reception was non-existent. The room design was outdated, but I slept well.
